S.S. Blog= In the Garden State

Everyone is aware that on January fifteenth of 2009 a plane was forced to land on water. The plane landed shortly after taking off. It is said that the reason of the planes awkward area of landing, was because a flock of birds came in the way, so the pilot couldn't steer the plane. The pilot did a great job saving the lives of many who were aboard the plane. The pilot was especially invited to Barack Obama's inauguration, which was shortly after the plane mishap. Pilot Chesly 'Sully" Sullenberger successfully landed the plane and was the first pilot in history to land a plane in water in the amazing manner he did. The plane was moved out of New York's Hudson River to New Jersey's, Jersey City. The plane was moved to New Jersey for investigations and will be examined on several aspects. I think it was a good idea to move the plane to New Jersey because there is there is enough space in the location where it was moved to. I also think that, Pilot Sullenberger must be a very trained and professional pilot. He did a great job!
